The KNUST Project Management Professional (PMP) short course is a comprehensive program that equips individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of project management. This course is designed to provide a practical approach to managing projects and offers participants an opportunity to learn about industry-standard project management best practices. PMBOK 7 is covered.
Participants will gain insight into the core concepts, tools, and techniques of project management that can be applied in any organization. The program is available either in-class or virtually over four weekends, with over 50 contact hours of training. Upon completion, participants will receive a KNUST certificate of completion.

Admissions
This program is open to anyone interested in project management, with at least first degree which can be substituted with strong work experience. However, it is recommended that participants have some basic knowledge of project management principles.
